LOCAL FLORIDA BUSINESS · CUSTOM DESIGN + PRACTICAL MAKING

From conception
to reality.

Parts that disappeared. Ideas that do not exist yet. RaeJo Works helps turn both into useful physical objects.

No CAD experience required. Share what you have; nothing is produced until you approve the scope and price.

01 / WHAT IS RAEJO WORKS?

Some projects begin with a broken part. Others begin with a rough idea.

RaeJo Works is a Local Florida Business that helps people move from a practical need to a thoughtfully designed, physical result. We bring ideas to life through digital design, prototyping, and additive manufacturing—with personal service every step of the way.

REPLACEMENT + DISCONTINUED PARTS

When the part is gone, the need is not.

A missing catalog listing does not always have to end the story. If there is enough physical evidence, RaeJo Works can assess whether a replacement can be recreated for form, fit, and function.

If all you have is the manufacturer and part number, send us that. We will start there. For qualifying simple one-off or small-quantity parts, rapid turnaround may be available.

  • Discontinued clips, covers, knobs, and brackets
  • Broken plastic parts with no available replacement
  • Hard-to-find hardware for equipment, vehicles, or the home
  • Existing parts that need a practical change in size or fit

Form, Fit, Function

A useful replacement depends on more than copying its outline. We look at where it connects, what it carries, and the conditions it will face.

Every project is reviewed individually. RaeJo Works does not represent that a recreated part is OEM-certified, safety-rated, or suitable for regulated or life-safety use unless specifically documented.

SMALL PART · LARGE CONSEQUENCE

One unavailable piece can stop the whole job.

These are practical problem types—not promises that every application is suitable for additive manufacturing. Each project is reviewed around its use and conditions.

THE REPLACEMENT PATH

Original to replacement, one decision at a time.

We preserve the evidence, isolate the important geometry, and keep approval between investigation and production.

  1. 01

    Document

We start with the original part, clear photos, measurements, and how it is used.

  2. 02

    Rebuild

The part is recreated as controlled digital geometry with the important interfaces identified.

  3. 03

    Refine

Fit, clearances, material, and weak points are reviewed before anything is made.

  4. 04

    Prototype

A physical version makes scale, assembly, and real-world behavior easier to evaluate.

  5. 05

    Verify

The part is checked against the available evidence and adjusted when the project calls for it.

  6. 06

    Produce

After approval, the agreed quantity is made and prepared for delivery.

ORIGINAL IDEAS

An idea does not need to be finished to be worth starting.

Bring the problem you are trying to solve, a rough drawing, a reference, or a model you already have. We help make the next step concrete.

CUSTOM NFC + RFID PRODUCTS

Make the tag part of the brand.

RaeJo Works designs custom physical products around NFC and RFID technology—from contact tags and review/info displays to equipment identifiers and authorized access-credential housings.

A SMALL TAP, A USEFUL NEXT STEP

How does it work?

A compatible phone reads the chip when it is held near a contact or information tag. The tag can point to a page your business chooses: a digital contact card, a review link, a menu, guest Wi-Fi details, or equipment instructions. The customer sees the information on their own phone, right where they need it.

For a sales team, that can mean sharing a contact page during a conversation. At a counter, it can give guests a quick route to Wi-Fi information or a review page. On equipment, it can put manuals and service records within reach of the person doing the work. The physical piece is designed for its setting, then the destination and tap experience are checked before delivery.

Contact + sales tags

Tap to open contact information, a landing page, social profile, or other approved destination.

02

Authorized access products

Custom branded housings and compatible credential formats for businesses, properties, gyms, and organizations.

03

Tap-to-review + info displays

Countertop or wall-mounted pieces that connect customers to reviews, menus, Wi-Fi, instructions, or links.

04

Equipment smart tags

Durable custom tags for manuals, service information, inspections, asset records, and maintenance workflows.

Access credentials have a different job: the gate, door, or gym reader must recognize a credential authorized for that system. We review the existing credential and reader requirements before proposing a custom housing or compatible physical format.

START WITH WHAT YOU HAVE

You do not need a perfect brief.

Useful evidence can take many forms. Send the clearest version you have today, and we will identify what is missing.

01

The original part

The best reference when it is safe and practical to provide.

02

Photos or a sketch

Show the part, the mounting area, and any damage or missing features.

03

Basic measurements

Overall size and a few key dimensions can move the conversation forward.

04

An existing model

STL, 3MF, STEP, or STP files can be reviewed for changes or production.

PRACTICAL BY DESIGN

The material follows the job.

Temperature, sunlight, moisture, loads, flex, surface contact, and expected service life all matter. Material and production recommendations are made around the intended use—not around a one-size-fits-all promise.

Adapter geometry is shown as a problem-solving example only. No pressure, potable-water, certification, structural, or regulated-use suitability is implied.
