TERMS
Website and project submission terms
Effective September 18, 2026.
Project requests
Submitting information or files asks RaeJo Works to review a potential project. It is not an order, a promise that the project will be accepted, or authorization to begin production. Scope, price, payment terms, and timing must be confirmed separately before work begins.
Your materials and instructions
You confirm that you have the right or permission to share submitted designs, images, logos, models, and other materials. You are responsible for the accuracy of measurements, specifications, and intended-use information you provide. RaeJo Works may decline unlawful, infringing, unsafe, weapons-related, or regulated work.
Prototypes and manufactured parts
Additively manufactured parts can differ from molded, machined, or original equipment parts in strength, finish, tolerances, and service life. Unless a written quote expressly says otherwise, deliverables are not certified for safety-critical, medical, aerospace, food-contact, or other regulated uses. The customer is responsible for evaluating a deliverable for its intended use.
Quotes, timing, cancellations, and shipping
Quotes and lead times are estimates until accepted in writing. Terms for payment, revisions, cancellation, refunds, delivery, and shipping are governed by the accepted quote or project agreement. Custom work may become non-refundable after design or production begins.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of materials you provide and grant RaeJo Works the limited permission needed to review and perform the requested work. RaeJo Works retains its pre-existing tools, methods, and know-how. Ownership or licensing of newly created design files will be stated in the applicable quote or project agreement.
Website availability and liability
The website is provided for project inquiries and general information. To the extent permitted by law, RaeJo Works is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. These terms are governed by Florida law.
